Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide ongoing managed services, operational support, or guarantees of specific operational outcomes. The implementation and operation of systems based on our designs remain your responsibility.

We reserve the right to display work product in our portfolio or case studies, with identifying client information removed or anonymized, unless you request otherwise in writing.

You retain all rights to any materials, data, or information you provide to us in connection with the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely as necessary to perform the Services for you.

6. Confidentiality

Payment terms are specified in the applicable service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend Services if payment is not received when due.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Handan, Hebei Province, People's Republic of China.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.

14. General Provisions

These Terms of Service, together with any applicable service agreement, statement of work, or non-disclosure agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Website and Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
